Abstract

|
In Hedinger's paper, Hansemann cited an instance of primary tracheal tuberculosis as
a single tubercle not being found elsewhere than in the trachea. The bronchoscopy is
essential in diagnosis of tracheo-bronchial tuberculosis and most of tracheal tuberculosis
are seen in the posterior wall of distal trachea, and as ulcerative type. Here we are
reporting a case of 78 year old woman who was diagnosed as primary tracheal
tuberculosis by bronchoscopy.
